Jennifer Harmon joined The Muttontown Club team in 2003 as the Food and Beverage Director and in 2004 was promoted to Clubhouse Manager overseeing all aspects of the clubhouse operations. In 2007 she changed focus from Clubhouse Manager and assumed the position of Catering Director.
From 2007 thru 2017 she brought her personal service and her attention to detail to all aspects of these special events, including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and other special occasions. Jennifer’s current job focus is on member special events and golf outings, continuing to offer the level of service that Muttontown events are known for. Jennifer has always been interested in food and beverage.
She attended the University of Wisconsin - Stout graduating from their Hotel and Restaurant Management Program in 1993. She did her internships at the club in 1990 and 1992. After college, her career took her to Germany, working at Schlosshotel Liebenstein, a boutique castle hotel surrounded by vineyards, with restaurants and a golf course, to Lake Tahoe working for Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and then back to New York, where she worked for 7 years for the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel in New York City as a Restaurant Manager and Director of Restaurants.
